If you have a busy schedule it can be hard to get to the gym to work out but a few small changes to your routine can help you get your exercise in. The following pointers are just a few tips I use to squeeze in exercise while working. For example, taking the stairs instead of the elevator can burn more calories those extra steps add up. Go outside for half lunch don’t stay indoors and sit.
Walk to your coworkers desk instead of sending an email. Bike or walk home if you live nearby. If your work requires you to sit all day, set a reminder to get up every hour stretch take a walk or march in place.
Losing weight gradually may not seem exciting but gradual weight loss is healthy weight.
